BOOT CAMP

SATURDAY X-FIT CLASSES

An intense 60 minute session to be run every Saturday morning at 7am that will drastically improve your Strength, Performance & Conditioning. These sessions incorporate the latest techniques in strength, interval, cardio, speed and power training as used by top athletes and will get you into the most incredible physical condition you've ever experienced - guaranteed. 1-on-1 PERSONAL TRAINING

THE CHALLENGE OF GROUP FITNESS

Group Fitness Sessions are now running at the picturesque Kangaroo Point Cliffs on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 6-7am. Come and get seriously fit with a wide range of exercises that vary from cardio drills, boxing and stair workouts to dynamic strength exercises to ensure you're constantly challenged and achieving great results.  These sessions are brilliant value, fun and a great way to get fit and look fantastic.
